What is your refund or exchange policy?

Any damages must be reported to us within 5 days and ALL the packaging must be kept in order for a refund. If you are not happy with a product and would like to return it, it must be returned in its original packaging or condition within 7 days. If you purchased the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange your item for the correct size within 14 days. Clothing must not be worn or washed. For exchanges, we just ask that you get it back to us the least expensive way possible and we will send it back to you in kind.

Tell Me Some Things About Tyler Candles

Tyler candles are the best scented candles on the market today. To keep your Tyler in optimal performance, it is recommended that you trim your wicks down after they have been burned and start to get a mushroom looking tip on them. This should also be applied to the candle if it smokes too much or starts to leave a black ring around the edges of the interior of the candle. Always burn your candle in an openly vented area and away from any drapery of objects. Never leave a candle unattended for any amount of time!

Do You Ship International?

Yes we do. We charge actual shipping cost. So, when you purchase from us, you would select "Non-US Shipping- Best Way" for $30.00. Leave us a note as to how fast you need the item; ie. one week, no hurry etc. We will ship your item based on this information and then refund back to you the difference between actual cost and the $30 you already paid. This way we are assured that their will be enough money to cover shipping and you only bear the cost of the actual amount. We feel this is a fair trade off and feel free to email us if you have any questions.
